1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ph699 ("ph699," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph699 website located at ph699.cam and all associated services, platforms, games, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

3.5 Prohibited Registrants. 4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph699 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify ph699 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

4.2 Account Activity Responsibility. ph699 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you. Except where ph699 has been negligent, ph699 bears no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification. ph699 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon a change of payment method, or where unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (passport, SSS, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.4 Account Currency. All ph699 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). ph699 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by ph699 on deposits or withdrawals made through supported Philippine payment methods.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be deemed inactive. ph699 reserves the right to impose an account maintenance fee on inactive Accounts in accordance with the applicable fee schedule posted on the Platform. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods. ph699 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ph699 reserves the right to add or remove approved payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are as displayed on the Platform Cashier page at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available to verified Account holders only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ph699 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. ph699 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that triggers AML review procedures. Cooperation with AML inquiries is required as a condition of Account use.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. ph699 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, and loyalty program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses) are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a game-specific mechanic, in which case the game rules shall prevail.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Responsible Gaming

ph699 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11. Limitation of Liability

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits ph699's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 By ph699. ph699 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct is suspected; (c) the Player is found to be ineligible; (d) required for regulatory compliance; or (e) continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, ph699 will return any verified Real Money Funds held in the Account to the Player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts owed to ph699. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure for cause.

12.3 By the Player. You may close your ph699 Account at any time by contacting ph699 support. A voluntary Account closure request will be processed within a reasonable period following completion of any pending transactions and applicable KYC verification.

12.4 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive Account closure or termination of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the ph699 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through ph699's internal dispute resolution process by contacting ph699 Customer Support. ph699 will endeavor to respond to and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph699's internal process within thirty (30) days of formal written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ph699 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph699 will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph699 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall govern the resolution of that dispute, unless the revised Terms expressly state otherwise.
